Standard first date?

I got to thinking about how our jettas know when we're on dates...you know they act a specific way...

And I realized that I have a standard first date...

You know a specific combination that has worked time in and time out when you're dating someone new...

Like for me, I go to two places...I take said girl to a Benihana's for dinner because its fun place to go, its entertaining, and you sit with other couples so its one on one but not really, then to this little Italian Restaurant that my family and I go to religiously for dessert because i know practically the whole staff thats there and its like home...and that does the trick time in and time out...

so idk...is this just me or does anyone else here have a standard first date?...

Nope, I'm a newb. Dated 3 girls my whole life and the shortest relationship was 6 months... so I don't get many first dates...

I usually took chicks up the canyon to do some technical rock climbing/rappelling, then we drove further up the canyon to Guardman's pass to have a BBQ/campfire. In fact that is same style of date I took my wife on when we first went out. 8)

I definitly don't have a standard first date. One thing I hate doing for a first date is going to the movies. I'd rather be somewhere where we can actually talk and get to know each other.

The girl I am seeing right now (Just met her 1.5 weeks ago at a party) I picked her up after tennis, she needed to go to wal mart, then we went to subway and ate there, then we went to her house and watched a movie with her parents.

I find it odd that all of a sudden it seems I can't drive a stick right when a girl I like is in the car with me.

Maybe it's because girls move around more when you change gears. I'm trying to be all cautious about making it as smooooth of a ride as possible. :lol: :lol:

It seems fine when I'm the only one in the car, because I can drive however I feel like.

May not have been the first date, but hiking up a mountain with a girl is a great way to get to know her. Probably the best date I've been on.

i dont usually have a standard first date. It all depends on the girl. I have taken a few to the park at sundown...we never left the car :twisted: 8) Im getting married next month though so ive had my last dates.
