Apparently not because check the date on that, It was from last year and im still driving, since I told the Judge the cop "verbally abused" me by basically cursing me out for what i did (and He really did! but then again how can you blame him), I was just trying to get to a party before someone was going to drive home drunk, and i Finished off the conversation with afterall sir, I'd never be dishonest in a court of law due to the fact that I'm an eagle scout...Judge was totally cool and I got it knocked down from the 67 in a 30 to a 40 in a 30...and instead of like a $375+ fine and 8+ points possibly he gave me a $40 fine plus the $55 court fee...so $95 gross w/ 1 pt...I def saw that as a victory...
