Window Sill thingies..

I forgot what they are called... but I have those things above my windows that let you roll down your window a little while it's raining, so no water comes inside. I want a vote to see who thinks I should keep them on, and if I should take them off, if someone could tell me how to do that. Also, is it necessary to have the one in front of my sunroof or can I remove that too?

Lol, not yet, but I've noticed I don't use them, so I probably will. Do you know if there will be anything left when I take them off that I need to take off? Or should they come off clean?
