Theres little screws all around the outside of the panel, then theres a cover where the handles is and thers some screws then the rest is behing the speaker cover (you have to take out the speaker)

If your door is sagging you probaby aren't going to find the answer inside of your door. It means that one or both of your hinges need tightening or replaceing. What you can do it open your door, and then try and lift the door straight up. If your door will move around vertically then it for sure is your hinges. I've never seen the inside of a mk3 door, so there actually might be an adjustable hinge in there, but I doubt it. Anyways, in the door jam there should be too hinges. When you are lifting the door verticallly these will probably be moving. Try tightening the bolts, but you may need to replace the pin in the hinge.
