So we did a short trip (500Km) up to the mountains, this is Sierra Madre Occidental in Monte Escobedo Zacatecas, México, we went to a friend's ranch for christmas. As you may know, all that I got here in México is a 2.0 Auto, I was really impressed about this thingy going pretty decent in the uphills, maybe it's because its 122 lb-ft?? (Take in count 5 guys, tons of beer and food  )

Here's a pic of the car at the Mesa, the highest point in Sierra Madre...

Not so high, it is 2,700 meters over the ocean level, and the car looks clean because there is a pavemented road (though, it is so dirty, that in some points seems to disappear), but enough for cruising at 100-120Km/h, the road is curvy, pretty nice for driving, won't get bored after a couple hours for sure.

Ahh I would love to enter into those woods in a Touareg...
