It's so dirty, but here she is. I found the P-Slots in the trunk after I bought the car and put Blizzaks on them.

There's rust on the end of the hood, a small amount near the driver side door and some on the back where the license plate is. I'm going to sand off the front of the hood and paint it or just re-paint the whole hood as well as repaint the black section on the back with the rust.

Stuff that needs to be done:

Cosmetics

- New weatherstripping
- Side windows are plexiglass right now
- Take care of the rust
- Make the plastic stuff look good (paint? deep clean?)
- Get rid of the damn foam spoiler
- get some metallic paint for the VW symbol :P
- Paint door handles
- New glass in mirrors / paint mirrors
- Get rid of the pink accent stripes
- Carpet in the trunk
- New seats would be nice
- Shift boot is ****
- Windshield is cracked all over

Mechanical / Electric / etc.

- Fix locks
- Fix trunk lock
- CLEAN IT UP
- New Exhaust Manifold (cracked)
- Some Re-wiring
- Shift bushings
- E-Brake handle
- Speedometer Cable

In general the car just needs a deep clean, nothing's overly bad about the mechanics, it just needs some lovin'.

Stuff I've done so far

- Paint wind deflector for sunroof
- New spark plugs
- New Distributor Cap
- Valve Timing set
- Throttle Tuned up a bit
- New driver's side small windows
- Interior Cleaning
- Installed CD Deck & speakers
- Removed 'Ski Sack' since twin tips don't go in too nicely

I don't know how much stuff I'll do off that list, I'll probably just be doing the basics to make it look nice so I can sell it and pick up another one in better shape that requires less cosmetic work.

Stuff I'd do if I had money

- New Engine
- Lowered
- 15" Low Profile Tires & Nice Wheels
- Complete Paintjob
- New seats

I'm thinking that since this car really does need a LOT of work done to it I'll make it look nice and sell it. Not worth the work IMO when I can get a nicer one for $1,000 more and have 1/2 as much work to do.

^ 320,000+ km. The Odometer no longer works, same as the speedometer, the cable is in at the Volkswagen dealership but I don't even have any money for gas so I can't buy it yet. I really want it to, I wanna see how fast this car can go.

And, yeah man, if I had money I'd pick up a **** load of parts from you (handbrake, mirrors, grill (mine is busted), etc.)

If you don't have alot of money to throw around, I wouldn't recommend this due to the possibility of getting caught and your insurance going through the roof, as well as the ticket.

I'm sure by getting a ticket you mean it not being able to reach within 40km of the speed ticket and getting busted for going too slow, right? Hehe, but I'd only (obviously) ever do it on a highway, I've never, ever, ever seen a cop on one of the highways around here.
