Turbo, wastegate(most junkyard turbos have integral wastegate that works fine),exh. manifold, downpipe, piping blow off valve, intercooler, oil feed and drain lines for bearing housing, boost guage, A/F guage, Fuel enrichment module.

How much of that would be usable from my 1.6 turbo diesel?

How much of that would be usable from my 1.6 turbo diesel?almost everything but turboing a cis or cis-e is pretty asinine because of the fuel system which is pretty bad straight from the factory you would be running lean or rich all day if you swapped a turbo in and didn't the proper tuning might as well get rid of the cis-e and go digi 1 throw that turbo diesel turbo setup in and be happy :P

IMHO CIS or CIS-e would be fine using a small turbo such as TD. THere are plenty of people sucessfully running boost on CIS that I would go for it. Just make sure you do a fuel enrichment module. Ive seen CIS turbos with over 200hp on Volvo turbo injection components. But to swap Digi1 in only to use a TD turbo would be a complete waste.

well said, too bad corrados are getting rarer, they truly are vw's greatest parts car! but still, cis CAN run boost effectively with fuel enrichment, and it is way cheaper than digi1 if you already have it.
