More stuff for my A2!

This friday (4/16) i am buying a neon under carraige glow kit for my black A2 jetta. I was thinking orange would look nice and go well with the orange turn signals and such....

Also by the end of this month i PLAN on getting a cat-back techtonics exhaust with the dual DTM tip, hopefully money goes through as i hope it will.

Short shift and sway bar will go on this weekend as soon as i get off my lazy a** and do so. :lol:

im putting in LED undercar kit. its cheaper and lasts longer and doesnt use as much power. im going blue with my white car.

Yeah but everyone else has those colors, i want something original and orange would go good witht he orange blinkers and such, and i can always change the color of the bulb if i want to.

And what is the big deal about neon undercar kits??? i dont think they are that bad.

They are not bad at all, I think they make an awsome accent. Lighting is one of the funnest parts of a car. OH! Ya ever thought a light green? That would look so tight!

i was going to do green but my friend is doing it too and he is probably getting green for his white civic

i saw a lava tube under kit and it was ugly. it doesn't look good at all. its not stedy on the ground. it not strong at all. i would just go normal solid tubes. i found a neon kit for 100 bucks. so forget about LED im going neon. its cheaper! :lol:

Neons are illegal here in Utah.... Yet you can go to the stereo shop and buy a kit and they will install it for you.

ok took the pics and the camera doesn't want to work with my comp. so ill have them in a few days. now the pics are bad. cause 1 the camera sucks. and 2 my car has been on jack stands for weeks cause my new new exhuast is being welded on. so the car hasn't been washed and junk. but hope ya still like em.

ok change of plans. this camera has no flash. so i have to have a good light source and its raining and overcast soo its gonna have to wait. but on the flip side i got some new stuff for my jet. 1. new plugs, wires, dist. cap, roter, air filter, oil filter and oil. 2. blue interior light for the dome light. :D oh and i got all the small stuff 5 finger discount :lol: witch is everything but the case of oil and the air filter. :twisted:

Dude I wish you could do 15% all around in Utah... The darkest you can have in back is 5 and front is 37.7 or something.

i forget what mine is but its low. it like 18% all around or somthing. or no limit in the back but the front and junk i forget ill check.

tint looks awesome and so does the glow kit, but they broke the rear bulb on the install so its getting fixed today... But the glow kit looks a little red so i need to find a way of making it look more orange, my friend gave me the idea of putting clear yellow tape over the plastic cover of the bulb but would it melt, not too sure how hot the bulb gets.

Next on the list for the jetta...

1. Big bumpers, those little pieces of s***'s are pissing me off! Plus it will make my car look even lower :twisted: (and you know its damn low already)

2. 16" black rims (not sure what type/kind yet)

3. Then comes and new paint job (black) but int he prcoess shaving the handles and de-badgeing.

just make sure you bolt the front one on....i have read stories of them coming off going down the highway....

no on the front bumper there are zero bolts stock rofl its just held on with clips
i've had both my front and back bumper off took like 5 sec to take the front one off
back one took a little more effort hehe

hopefully soon i'm gonna change my bumpers. my front one got messed up when i had to push my gf's golf up a hill cuz it stalled. gotta love the diesel power.... unfortunately, she had to selftapping screwheads sticking out the back of the bumper and it marred up mine.
