I'm sure that's an option, though. Just like the chrome grille strips for the MKIV.

Bah, maybe I don't want a Jetta V. I was thinking of saving up a getting a 2006 in 2008.

I think that looks awesome, I like the "mean" luxury look that's coming out in cars like the Chrysler 300C and now the Jetta V kind of has the same look with the small side windows and such. Me likey Lots.

Exactly, I couldn't agree more. I can't wait to see what things Oettinger will roll out for it.

Its eventually going to grow on me. Just like the mk4 eventually did. But before I decide on getting one, Im gonna wait till the GLI comes out, and then wait to if they offer the rumored 3.2L VR6 with 4Motion. If both of those go in my favor, you might see an mk5 and passat owner.

I really want to see one in person, that will defintly be the deciding factor. The nice thing about the chrome grill is it can be swapped out fairly easily. :D

I wonder if the front end would mount on a MKIII or MkIV... THAT would be tight.
