View Full Version : Got my M3 style mirrors

Yep, my M3 style mirrors were delivered today, I hadn't spent any money on my car for a bit, so I got these for 50 shipped. They are made of black plastic I guess, I haven't decided if I'm going to go ahead and mount them black, or wait till I can repaint them...

Oh, also, I still hafta order the bracket for it to fit my car, I don't think this bracket will work. I think that's like 12 bucks or something. I'll post pics as soon as I can find the camera connector thingy...

Those look great. I think you should get them painted to match, but definitely post pics when you get them on.

It might be possible to do it yourself if you buy some paint from the dealer.

Possibly cheaper that way???

Probalby cheaper but probably more of a headache. If it isn't hard to get the mirrors (glass) out then I would probably try to paint it myself.

dang man those are relly nice ! have you decided whether to have it done or to DIY ? either way it should look excellent !

I haven't decided, I'll check into getting them painted by someone this weekend. Maybe if I take it to the shop I got body work done at, they could paaint it for me, since they already have my paint mixed sitting in the back probably...

I still hafta order the brackets for them too...

Nope, I've been way too busy, hardly even post on here anymore. I've been working a lot, I had to pay for my parking permit on campus, and now I hafta pay off some hefty fines from the damn cops... it's a long story and I'll get laughed at, so I'm not going into it..
