I was just wondering what "et" means. Couple of rims I've seen have like et52 or et23, what do these mean?

the number refers to the wheels offset... not sure what the 'et' actually stands for tho?

was reading through some documents at work and found out what ET means (silly me as I had read this long ago, just forgot that I had this info at hand)
ET is an abbreviation for 'einpress tief' in german, translated it means 'press in deeply' or 'pushed in depth'... ie offset!
