CEL light codes.

Ok I finally got sick of my car running rough and that stupid CEL was on all the time. So i took my car up to Advance Auto and got it scanned.
I got the following codes.

16688-P0304 :Cyl.4 Misfire Detected


16826-P0442 :EVAP Emission Contr.Sys.(Small Leak) Leak Detected

Now, I bought new spark plugs and the car runs smoother. I think my misfire is fixed.
I just need to know what the EVAP code is and how to fix it, to know then my CEL will be OFF!! Help me out guys! :twisted:

go to the vw dealership or call them and ask them about that code. Im not sure what that evap code is. i think the ross tech website has detailed info about codes as well. www.ross-tech.com

You have to get it cleared with a VAG

the leak is probably a vacumn leak..
