This is either an elaborate hoax, or the real deal

Yeah I think it is legit. I saw a show where they drove a new Audi around like that to test it out before they released it. All debaged and with a bra and what not.

I'm not too big of a fan of this one. Looks too round for my taste.

VW should rerelease the Mk1. Same body, but with all the new features, A/C, ABS and all that jazz. That would be totally amazing and I'll bet they would sell like mad.

I kind of like that look... the tail lights are not my cup of tea, but I like the overall passat-ish look.

I'm not sure if I like it yet, I think I'll wait till it's released to pass judgments

Yeah it will probably look alot better when its dressed to show, instead of hide. I'll have to look at one at the dealership to get a true opinion.

Got really mixed emotions about this new model. I have always liked VW's designs, each new generation model has taken time to get used to. It seems like with this new one that VW has not taken thier own path like they always seem to have, but are following Asian auto-maker trends. I should not speak too soon though, maybe it has been just the same as the other models and will grown on a person. :?
