they need to clean that thing hardcore. i dunno about 12hund for that thing
you gotta be DEVOTED to pay that. or am i missing somthing. is this a rare engine or somthing ?

I think it's pretty rare. I'm not positive but I think it would be much cheaper to buy a D and slap a T on it... junkyard special of course.

The TDI engine is about 7 times the cost of a 1.6TD and the TDI in the long run is going to be alot more expensive to maintain due to the electronic factor. I"d take a 1.6 or 1.9TD over a 1.9TDI ANY day.

Yeah the water pump is covered in black grease cause the injector pump is leaking diesel fuel... I'd probably steer clear from those unless I was looking for a rebuild.

As if someone bought that thing.. I am driving to Nova scotia and buying a truck and trailer load full... 1300 USD, that is ridiculous....

Once I see how shipping your engine across the border goes, I seriously might have to take a drive over there. Sure it's a days drive one way and I'll be sleeping in my van, but it will be fun. Do you remember how much those 15 TDs were you had mentioned?
