LMAO i was on my way home today pretty light traffic.
when i pull up to this stoplight on 39th that merges into one lane after the light. so im chilling with my sun roof open when this black dude in a 4 cyl mustang with cut springs and a fart can pulls up next to me and starts revvin.
so Green light were offf LMAO
by 3rd gear im so far ahead some dude pulls out infront of him and i heard him all honking.i think he was still in N when the light turned. ahhh that was fun i thought and started crusing.
bout mile and a half late the dude comes up on me like 80 and rides my bumper. im like dude wtf so i slow down to 2nd gear
and he gets closer and i know up ahead is a nice sweeper corner.
i gun it and start to pull and like a second later i heard his auto down shift
we get up to about 80 me pulling on him the whole time and we come up on the corner i floor it and hit the corner like 95 plus and keep it floored on the next straight and i hit my personal best in the jetta 115
he was so so so so so so soooooo gone i pulled on to my road an like a min later i see him go farting by in my rearview.
ahhh i love my jetta oh and no worries no one was on the rd at all.
i wouldent have risked it with traffic.

ahhhh optix neon string accent kit, from autozone 19.99 i believe for 5 feet of pretty much any color , it comes coiled up and with a littile transformer to power it and with some superglue .i added a switch on the side of my dash so i can have it on whenever i want. just run power wire and ground it and
violla! i dident need to use the super glue either it was a friction fit along the trim and totaly removable.
i have a blue neon shift knob but it plugs into the cig lighter and thats for my radar dectetor. and i dident feel like wiring it so i took it off but if you want pics i can take some.
id love an underbody led kit but thats after they FINALLY pave my road.
that would look sick in red i was too but they were out .

Ahahaha, had me going the whole time. Speaking of chevette's, this lady I overheard when camping yesterday said that she bought a Chevette for $50CDN when she need to get from Vancouver back up to Terrace (about 1,600km), paid about $60 in gas to get all the way over. Paid far less than a plane ticket, still less than a bus ticket, put in a new clutch cable, drove the car for 9 months and sold it for $900.

LOL thats awesome. Chevettes are pretty sweet. we own 2 of them. 50 dollars is a great price. my brother paid 150 and my mom paid 700 for hers. My brothers needs alot to get it on the road and my moms cost her 900 to get on the road. I drove from my house to ottawa and back (4 hours one way) and it cost me 36 dollars in gas.
The best part is they are RWD :twisted:

Turbos sound sweet with the blow off valves. I recently saw an rx7 pass by near my school with a custom exhaust system and blow off valve. Sounded really beautiful. :)

The rx7 uses a 1.3L engine called the rotary engine. It is turbocharged and puts out around 250 hp. It used to be the ultimate cornering machine of Japan until the s2000 came.

i dunno. they have under 200 i think but with little mods they will kill any 5.0 with mods. the s2000 sucks, any rx-7 with little mods would kill a s2000. they are all HP no tourqe. tipical honda. oh and i love rx-7's. :lol:

Yeah, most Hondas/Acuras lack torque. Thats why I love VW :) , for the company combines good amounts of both torque and horsepower. I just wish VW would consider giving all its vehicles a variable intake timing like Honda's famous Vtec.

Wow, those R32's are really nice inside and out. It has 4wd, 240 hp, 18 inch wheels, etc! However, for what its worth, I think it is a little overpriced, for I can get a higher-powered, corner-carving Evo (271 hp, 273 torque) for a little less!

As much as I love the R32's statement in the car industry as the "fun commuter car by day with Great fuel economy and comfortable ride and a street racer by night..." It will not beat a turbo civic that puts out 250 hp...It will not beat the old corolla gt-s's modded out (rwd monsters that they are and dont say theyre not bc they kick the **** out of M3's and ive seen it)...it will not beat the Eclipse GSX's of the world, AS A DRAG RACER>>>THATS THE KEY TO MY STATEMENT>>>It'll never EVER put out the time necessary to beat those cars...ON THE TRACK however its awesome...To really put an end to the madness it needs to overall beat the Sti and the Evo...Im sorry but it wont truly make a name till it beats those Japanese Gladiators...Its only losing by 1 or 2 seocnds to the Evo and then 3 or 4 to the Sti but thats a loss no matter how you shift it...The problem= TOO DAMNED HEAVY! Safety Options, Leather, etc...it all adds up...get rid of all that **** and tweak the tuning= STI AND EVO STOMPER! :twisted:
