how do i post images ?

i know im going to sound stupid here , but i have absoultly no clue how to post an image on here , on JO it was mannage attachments and a little browse files button, and i see the IMG
button on here but have no clue how to use it.
im on a mac if that makes any diff.
can you guys help ?

Your pictures need to be hosted. Cardomain.com, hostdub.com. Cardomain is free, hostdub costs $$. Looks like you have them hosted on cardomain. Right click on the picture, go to properties, and highlight the web/url address. Press control and c on your keyboard at the same time, this will (copy) the picture. Then, go to where you are trying to post it, like here at dubnetworks, go into the post body and click on the Img tab. This should appear in the post body: . Then, just after that, press control and the v key at the same time. This will paste the image link you just copied. Then click the img* tab again, will put a behind the stuff you just pasted, and there you have it.
