I'm really liking that blue one they show from the rear, 6th one down I believe. I wonder what it looks like from the front, plus, I really do love the euro-style headlights.

I like the black GLI (3rd one down). The only thing I would change is the ugly single wiper setup.

I don't like the grill on that one. I like big grills instead of little ones. I think it flows better with the body of the car.

gotta agree with you there dave... plus it has a couple shared styling elements with my car (monowiper and splitter with supports) so i gotta like it! my only complaint is the GLI badge on the front, toss that for a cleaner look

yeah they are slimmer then the aero style if you look closely at the grill you can see the diff. i believe they came on golf rallyes
but you can also buy them from futerell autoworks. not cheap though.
when i do my grill conversion im considering these or the quad round setup.
heres a pic http://www.futrellautowerks.com/images/rgrille1.jpg
rectangle headlights ?

Wow, didn't know those even existed, whenever i saw those i just thought they were aero lights with eyebrows thats why they looked smaller...
Those are nice, do you get better lighting with em?

great lights, but big bucks... the cheapest path to improved lighting on a mk2 with aero squares is to get euro-spec aero... easy drop ins, only have to change the bulb harnesses

the main difference is H4 bulbs rather than our 9004's... as well the lense provides much better beam focus (and is clearer, less diffuser lines) AND its all set for a city light!
go here:
www.eurocullen.com
lots of pics of lighting, you can see the euro-spec aero's in clear and smoked, as well as the harnesses required
