Engine swap

I am looking at buying a Rabbit. The thing is I want it to be a diesel, TD, or TDI. Can anyone tell me how hard it would be to swap from a gas engine to a diesel engine? I hear I have to change pretty much everything including electrical? A donor car is most likely going to be my best option. Can anyone help me out?

Yes you would need a donor car... Unless you have alot of money to buy all the part seprately.
