Hello,
I have a 2002 VW Passat GLS for sale in the VA/DC/MD/PA/WV/DE area. I am located just outside of DC but am willing to drive the car to meet a buyer in the broader mid-atlantic region. I am the car's second owner (first owner leased the vehicle from 2002-2005), and purchased the car in April 2005. The car is graphite dark blue/gray and is a 5 speed manual with turbo engine (sorry, I'm a girl). 105K miles - had 45K when I bought it. New tires as of February 2009. New frame bearings (something to do with the car clicking on turns), brake rotors and pads, and oxygen sensor as of summer 2009. Regular synthetic oil changes and premium (93) gas only.
I am a VW fan but alas must move on to something larger as my family is expanding. I figured there might be some dub fans out there who would want to give this car a third life. The Carfax is clean, although I did have a minor front end collision (no frame damage) in 2005 and the bumper and front headlight assemblies had to be replaced. The car has minor dings and scratches but the paint has held up extremely well - no chips or fading. Interior is very clean with no scuffs, stains, etc.
Asking $5500 OBO.
