What are the chances?

Today I saw an ad for a 1975 rabbit with 30 000 KMs on it. What are the chances of this being true? What are some things I can do to make sure he/she isn't lying?
I already thought of looking at the seats to see if they are worn, but what else could I do?

Does it have a 5 digit odom? If so it could have 130,000kms 230,000kms etc...

I don't know. As I said I just saw the ad today and the car is 4 hours away. I'll get more info up as it comes to me.

maybe the rabbit has gone around the clock, back to zero, then up to 30,000
