So, got a good story from my line of work.
I was driving in downtown Niagara Falls at about 1:30 am. I see this moron standing (more swaying) in the middle of the sidewalk with his willy out taking a leak. I turn around and ask him what the heck he's doing.
He zips himself up and goes on a rant about how he knows he's under arrest and that when he goes to jail he's gonna kill everybody and yadda yadda. I'm just sitting in my cruiser not saying anything. He walks over to my car and gets into the back seat by himself.
Thats right. He just arrested himself. Easiest arrest ever.
There will be more to come I'm sure.
