ok i was at a junk yard yesterday and came across this red car, at first i thought it was a sciroco*sp but it was a Audi GT, thats all ti said was Audi GT, but i looked inside and it has full leather seats. would these fit in my jetta? the drivers one was worn badly but the rear and the passenger were perfect. and it can get them all for under $50. so i wanna get them badly so anyhelp would be nice.

Thoes seats are nice. You might want to find out what motor it had in it, i know that a lot of the audi gt's came with a 5 cylinder 10v engine, but some of them came with a 20v turbo motor, and thoes are worth a bunch of money if restored, and if the junkyard does not know what it has you might be able to make some bank off it.

I think your best bet would be to go and measure your seats, then measure those seats. I am pretty sure you can take the mounting brackets off the bottoms of the Jetta seats, so you could probably do the same to the audi, then they would fit, as long as they aren't like twise as wide. It may require some welding or grinding, but I'll bet you could get it to work
