Wasser-Kuhler Motorsport ---- Wasatch Front, Utah

Wasser-Kühler Motorsport is Utah's Premier Water-Cooled Volkswagen Club. It does not matter if you have a 90hp 84 Rabbit or a 260hp tricked out Passat, you are welcome in our club. The only condition is that it is a water-cooled Volkswagen - hence the name Wasser-Kühler. We at Wasser-Kühler have the idea that instead of just having a race club, cruise club, or a show club - why don't we do it all, and we do...We race in Sports Car Club Of America races in Utah, Idaho and Nevada. We have a monthly cruise the last Saturday of every month (spring-fall) and we attend and enter local car shows. We also try and make it to some of the bigger VW car shows in the Western part of the U.S. like the New Dimensions show.

How to join Wasser-Kühler Motorsport?:

Joining costs $25.00 and you will receive a window decal and t-shirt. We have a monthly meeting were we discuss up coming events and ideas to make the club grow and become better. We are always looking for ideas and wanting input from our members. We are not a club that has a hierarchy that tells everyone else what to do we want ALL club members to have there ideas heard. We would like to see everyone host one event ie. BBQ , cruise , bowling etc. anything that you think is fun we will get up on the web page and show up to. If you are interested in joining Wasser-Kühler Motorsport, please click on the contacts link and we will get your application sent out to you.

How to be added to the mailing list?:

Just send an email to Tim Wood: vee_are_six@juno.com with the word 'Mailing List' in the subject line and you will be added. This way you will be updated, regardless of website problems etc., on what is going on with the club.

Man, total sucess... I am very happy with the turnout we got... With Brent the president and me the Vice, we'll definatly get some good stuff going... Some of the funner stuff hopefully in the spring.

Check out the pictures! That G-Lauder supercharged Corrado, those VR6 A2's, that TURBO 16V Scirocco!!! Don't forget to pay attention to his brand new nice shiny tranny! LOL, that's the 10th one he's been through in that thing! LOL, and then my burnout mark... ahahahahah....ohhhh man.

Stopping at the gas station in Draper after being busted, about 70 miles later. However the cop mainly focused on the Tornado Red's in the group, apparently one of us passed another where we should not have. He took all of the T-red driver's licenses and then came back to my car mainly to find out what we were doing. Cody, (Mr. Diesel) was riding with me and we both explained that we were just out for a cruise. After doing a little brown nosing, the officer gave me back my license and told us that he was sending a message to all of the adjoining counties to watch out for us. After apologizing once more, he let us go. :P
