So everything's running just fine. Car's noticeably faster, it also seems to sound a tiny bit different; a little stronger sounding.

While driving it after about 2 days, the check engine light came on. I read them and I got 4 errors. I don't have them in front of me since I'm at work, but I remember they all seemed to be emissions and input/output related codes. So I assumed it was because the cams are causing more, well, everything passing through and out the engine.

I cleared them hoping it was just a glitch due to the new cams and they came back on, BUT after only a couple hours of driving went back off and haven't come back on again.

I wasn't sure before if I was actually gonna have the ECU reflashed for the cams, but I think I will just to make sure it's all running how it should and possibly get a couple extra HP out of it.

Any opinions/suggestions on this? Thanks guys

I got the ECU reflashed for the cams and it was definitely worth it. The throttle response is so much better and it does have a little bit more power.

While I was there, I picked up some of that smoke paint also. I can't read one thing on the can, but the guy there filled me in on how to use it properly. It comes off easily with some alcohol or nail polish remover, so it's worth a shot even if I screw up the first time :)

I was gonna paint the taillights and side markers and I'll take pictures.

I got it done at a place called Group5 Motorsports here in San Diego
