How to get seats out of Pickup

I am trying to figure out how to get the seats out of one of my 81 vw pickups. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do they slide like they do in the rabbit hatchback? If so you just take the stops out from the back of the rail, then take the little retaining nut off that is bolted to the track in the middle on the front, then the seat slides back and off the tracks.

Excellent! You sticking some nicer seats in there or something?

Yeah the ones my 82 are decent but I found nicer ones to put in there and then put those in one of the 81's.
