Sounds good to me. Maybe if all goes good you will have found a new house you like and we can get you moved first..
Either way I'm in..

I"m not moving... I just installed a $6,000 furnace/AC. I think we might be able to use my water heater... I'm planning on installing a Bosch Aquastar Tankless... :)

i saw the post where you had a new furnace. Too bad I didn't know sooner. I'm a HVAC guy as well.. I installed that 90+ furnace in our house for $700.00. Lennox unit 4 ton blower and 125k coil...
nice unit.

i haven't done A/C yet as the lines coming to my house are already to small for what I'm running. I think I mite have a 100amp drop and I'm running a 250 amp house through it..
Anyway, this last summer I priced the A/C system and I can get the parts (compressor and coil) for $1000.00 and install my self of course..

For future reference anyway. I hate hearing this crap RIGHT after I get done with a project..

Well aren't you the little handy man? The furnace installed was $3750. I think I got quiet a good deal considering the XV95 is 96.7 percent efficient... one of the best units on the market right now. The furnace is 80,000btu (tonnage?) and the A/C is 2.5 ton. The evaporator is Trane and the condensor is Carrier. I had the AC installed last summer for $2,800 so really it was more like $6500 bones.

Na, you got a good deal. There is an awful lot of labor involved in that stuff and making sure it's all set up correctly is worth it's weight in Gold.

Wow, that's a lot of cash. Where did you buy the XV95? I read some reviews that it has a high quality. And is the Trane evaporator that good? Gonna need some info since my A/C is weird right now. Thanks
