K, so post up your favorite cheese, with pics, and why you love or like it.

Ill start. Dill Havarti. Im just going to go ahead and break my own rule by not posting a pic. I like/love it, because its like pickle flavoured cheese, and it goes down oh-so-smooth.

See? Easy.

Actually, i just started this because Mr. Diesel told me to.

I'm surprised it isn't some sort of cheese infused with ranch flavoring, or do you just put ranch on the pepper jack? :p

Anyhow, I'm not sure as I love Provolone, Parmesan, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Munster, and Gruyere A LOT.

BTW, real Cheddar is white!

The food I use cheese on almost always has some type of ranch/ranch flavoring to it... My favorite ranch food is bean, cheese & green chilie burritos. I almost always soak the burritos in cheese and ranch dressing.

I, personally, am a big fan of most cheeses. My favorites (in order of importance): Pepperjack, sharp cheddar, edam, gouda, and sqeaky cheese.

Have you ever had the fresh sliced peperjack from the deli at Wal-Mart? It's delicious. It's actually kind of ****y too... none of that whimpy, watered-down crap you get everywhere else.

When was the last time you saw dark yellow milk come from a cow, goat, or any other animal for that matter? All REAL cheese is white. They add a dark yellow dye from some reason. They also bleach eggs. They mostly come out brown, sometimes with white spots. Another great example is that tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers are all fruit. I could go on. . .

Most Americans don't know the truth about a lot of foods.
