does anybody know anything about oil coolers like which is the best one for a 1.6 na and where to buy one

First place I would look is ebay for a factory oil cooler... They made a oil cooler for the 1.6TD, and worked pretty damn well.... Only the heat was transfered into the coolant, so it technically didnt cool down the engine much more than the beginning... I've seen some pretty kick ass aftermarket coolers that work on pretty much all cars with standard oil filters. They have their own heat radiator, and can mount pretty much anywhere... VERY VERY nifty.... Like I say, you can go to ebay. I know that http://www.vwdieselparts.com sells the factory cooler, but if I really wanted to do it right I would get something like this:
