Depending on the condition you could expect to get around $16,000 - $18,000 for it. Book value is about $16,000. The car is probably worth more than that for rarity, but the bank does not care... they usually will only loan out low book on a car more than a few years old. It's hard to sell a rare car, because people can't get financing for their true value.

If it has a manual transmission, that will lower the book value, but that might raise the value in the enthusiast market. Since it has fairly low miles and is rare that could raise the value a bit.

I would start out asking $18,950 and see what happens. Remember, this is a rare car and it's going to take a lot of searching to find a buyer that can appreciate a W8 and AWD. Don't get discouraged and settle for anything less than mid 16k.

R32's are very sweet cars. As fast as an STI on the track. Good luck with your sale and keep us posted!

Btw, where are you located?
