Got a few pictures of some of the cooler cars there... vw really didnt really have much, but I did get to sit in the new Eos. The shifter felt awesome... you could feel it going into each gate. Very high quality transmission linkage. I am however VERY dissapointed in the overall quality of the car namely the interior. The center console (radio and climate control) were HORRIBLE in quality. They felt very fragile and was put together horribly. When you would push one of the buttons on teh center console the whole assembly behind the face of the console would move back with the pressure from pushing the button... Kind of like what you would find on a cheaply built home stereo. The hvac controls were of the worst. The tolerances on the interior assembly was very low quality and was not something I would expect to see come out of Germany. This is something I would expect to see from a ford escort, but not a German built Eos. Horrible interior quality. The car is very cheaply built as are all Mark 5's. The steel used on the body panels is VERY thin. So thin that I fear a slight impact from anything (baseball, football, even low speed collisions such as a parking lot fender bender would severely damage the whole panel it hits. I would not recommend buying a Mark 5 at all. I am VERY disappointed in VW.

Anyway... a couple cool pictures.

Hey I went down there today with my brother in-law. I was drooling over the RS4 and the S8.

In this pic you can see the lambo motor, notice the oil filler cap. Today when I went there was black electrical tape over the hole, some retard stole the oil filler cap off it.

I got a chance to check out the Ferrari's too. You were right Codie, there was a black Enzo chilling there. Hottness. They also had a lot of the die-cast replica's for sale. I wanted a Challenge Stradale replica but they had sold them all.
