LOL... Let's ALL call that number and ask for the

If we all do that like 4 times a day, that'd be awesome.

I have a big problem when people freak at employees of places when they forget to do something for a customer. I hate it when some one is in front of me in line freaking and I hate it when some one does it to me in my store. We are all people and no one deserves to be freaked on for being human and making a mistake. I am not trying to put you down for how you handled the situation but instead just make you understand that we all forget things from time to time. It is just unfortunate that this act of human nature has inconvenienced you yourself. I am sorry you had a bad experience but please try to remember we all make mistakes.

yea i understand but all he had to do was hit a few keys to order the part. he told me that it would be in first thing the next morning. it was a improtant part that i needed in order to drive my car to get to work to pay for the part. when you forget your not doing your job. i manage a wearhouse. i can't forget to move an order to the loading dock or a job can't be done. thousands of dollars worth of man hours are lost. im not taking this offencely i just want you to understand where im comming from. i know what you mean by people freaking but most of the time it is over BS reasons. making a mistake is like ordering the wrong part. oops. not ordering it at all is incompadence*sp.
