Im interested in doing a VR6 swap. Does anyone know where i can get started?

Um.. that is a very broad question. I guess your first step would be to buy a VR6 engine. Let us know.

Well thats kinda my question. Besides the motor, what else would be needed.

um.. a wiring harness. Engine pretty much covers the rest. Oh, and you'll need new gauges.
