i own a 4 cylinder 1996 jetta and i was thinking about putting a cold air intake on it and i was wondering if it would screw up the car in any way by adding this mod. thanks

IT shouldn't mess anything up, but I don't think any companies actually make COLD air intakes for a 2.0. They do make ram air intakes though, those are common, and would not hurt the car.

oh ok. yea i was talking about the just plain short or long ram intake. i found one from injen. does it have a place for the two sensors that are on my stock air filter box. i was thinking it would make the sensors freak out. at least thats what my dad told me but i think hes making it up...

Injen fits perfectly, I had one. Maintains the stock airbox, and all connections and everything. Kind of pricy though, but it is nice.

Yeah... Intakes are fine... ESPECIALLY on the 2.0... Easy as pie. Let us know how it turns out!
