Help!!!

Ok I am about to purchase a Jetta 2002.

I have two options:
1. Jetta 2002 GLX with the 2.0 engine manual tranny, all equipped.
2.- Jetta 2002 GLS TDI manual tranny, all equipped also.

What do you think, I am a little biased for the TDI because I will be doing relative long travels (100miles per day).

Also as an option there's an 1.8T but a little pricey for my budget, what do you think???
Please any input will be appreciated.

get the TDI! The 2.0 doesnt get as good of mpg as the TDI and is ALOT slower... The 1.8T is alittle faster than the TDI but gets bad gas mileage compared to the TDI or 2.0. Its pretty much all in what you want if you want something that has good pick up and go but also gets good gas mileage go with the TDI.

If I had the choice, I'd definatly get the tdi... They have a way better resale value, they last longer, and get WAY better mileage... Plus, it's a diesel. A very unique vehicle.
