Well, it depends on how much you can get a donor for... Mwoodca (from Moncton, NB) sent me over these parts to mod an A2... I'm trading a whole car for this stuff, so I really don't know how much it would cost... Power windows were a very rare commodity in the A2's. Even though half of them were wolfsburg editions.

I am drinving a 1985 (A2) Jetta.
I just bought the stuff to do a power window conversion today. It cost me $70 CND and that included the center console and all 7 switches (one to lock the rear windows) and the window regulators. I think he forgot the relay so I might have to have him ship that up to me. I got my stuff from a 86 Carat. Hopefully I can figure everything out, if not I know where to come for help.
EDIT: to say I am driving my car is an overstatement. It is sitting in my garage with the whole interior ripped out. and a few other random things. there's some pictures of it on JO in the A2 general thread called "show off your car"
