i got my 18's back on today, just in time for auto-x :D although now it makes me really want to drop it because of excessive ground clearance :oops:
who else is coming out of "winter mode"

winter's not over yet dude, we just got snow over here yesterday and the ski lodge is still trying (emphasis on the word TRYING) to make snow to stay open longer.... this sucks :x

For me, winter mode is the same as summer mode right now. :roll:
When I buy a BMW next year...that may or may not change depending on where I live... :twisted: (see potential mod list below).
Regardless, keep in mind the suspension geometry of the MKIV's. Lowering any more than 1-2" will probably negatively affect the car's handling.
