More information on the brand of gauge would be good help... also, can you link me to the official site for the gauges??? I can tell you exactly how to hook them up.

Alright well they are APC Guages lol they were cheap and they fit perfectly in the pod I purchased can't beat that. I also cannot seem to figure out the website for them I have been looking with no success.
I hope this info helps a bit. please get back to me asap!

Hmmm well.... I'll try my best.
Oil Pressure:
The oil pressure gauge usually gets it's reading from the oil filter flange. On the 2.0L engine there are 3 access ports. One of them is being used by the factory oil pressure sensor. There are also 2 other unused ports that are blocked off by plug that can be removed with torx or allen wrenches.
The VR6 uses a different kind of oil filter, but I would assume that there will still be some sort of access port near the oil filter. Keep your eye out for those ports. If your guages are decent they shoudl come with 2 or 3 adapters, and one of them SHOULD fit in this port.
Water Temp:
There are two types, mechanical and electronic. The mechanical one is probably the one you have because they were lower end gauges. Nothing wrong with this, but it will be a pain to install it. The one I have has a probe that needs to get it's reading from the place in the coolant system that carries the hottest coolant. Most people install the water temp probe in their radiator. I've seen it done on the coolant resivior bottle. You must drill a hole in the radiator or coolant bottle the exact size of the probe. The guage kit should come with a threaded fitting that will make the seal... Make sure you use teflon tape.
Air Fuel:
This gauge gets it's reading from the oxygen sensor. You need to tap that wire.
WARNING:
BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN removing the rubber from the wire. Do NOT cut the wire. Just remove rubber from the wire without cutting the metal! You will change the resistance of the oxygen sensor and your car will never run right again.
The VR6 probably has 2 oxygen sensors. You need to get your reading from the one closest to the engine (before the cat). On my oxygen sensor there were 3 wires. 2 white wires used for the heating coil inside the oxygen sensor, and one black wire which is the signal wire. Yours may vary, just remember there will be one wire which is it's own color, that is the signal wire.
That's what you hook the A/F up to.
VR6 is going to be a pain to do this on because the engine bay is crammed... but it's possible and has been done before. Try this, and let me knwo what you find out...
Good luck.

 2.8L VR6 if that helps to narrow any specs down.
We will try it though Thanks!!

ok sell the oil pressure cuz you arnt going to be able to hook it up unless you get a oil sandwitch plate. i bought one and i couldn't figure it out, i called a dealer talked to a tech they said its soo tight in there unless the sender is really small it wont fit and even then it will be very hard. the air fuel gauge is simple just tap into the sending wire *AFTER* the harness cody in fact you had 4 wires if it was after 96 it looks like 3 but unhook the harness and its 4. now im not sure what color i can go out and look but yes you just want to strip the rubber coating and twist around the signle*sp wire. but as i said you need to tap it after the harness because if you tap into it between the sensor and its harness it will mess with the reading. so tap it after harness when it runs to the computer. some people like to tap it right at the computer but its up 2 you. but that is from my expericance i have a vac and air/fuel gauge

Point #1 --- I have a 2.0L
Point #2 --- I have one oxygen sensor
Point #3 --- You have a VR6
I just checked the bently... the VR6 in the MkIII has 4 wires. Wire 1, 2 and 3 are not the signal wires. They should be bunched together whereas wire 4 will be spaced away from the other 3. The lone wire is the signal. I would assume that the MkIV VR6 is probably the same way as the MkIII VR.
