Ok so yesterday, I helped out my mom clean out a **** load of stuff from my grandmothers house, after she just recently passed away this past january, in preparation for selling it...

Here's the amount of stuff my jetta held...and i could still see out the back window pretty well...

4 plastic storage boxes- measured 3 1/2 ft long x 1 1/4 ft high x 1 1/4 ft wide- each holding about 50 lbs of opera and classical music records

1 standard acoutic guitar case with Guitar

1 cardboard box - 1 3/4 ft long x 1 ft 3" high x 1 1/2 ft wide

7 standard plastic shopping bags

Here are the photos so you could visualize how much stuff was in my car...

I had myself and my brother in the front and we had our legs full extended...it was like a game of tetris to make everything properly and still have ample space for two people...but we did it

While moving into student housing I decided not to use a truck, but my jetta to move all of my physical belongings!

1. All the shirts, pants, underwear, socks, coats, etc, etc.
2. 19 inch tv
3. VCR & DVD
4. A 6 drawer dresser (in back seat with the back folded down.
5. Macintosh G4.
6. 2x 17 inch monitors
7. My PC
8. Huge quilt.

Yeah... all of this fit into a MkIII with the seat folded down.... some of it in the front passenger seat tho.... It was awesome!
