bought myself another chip

ok so i bought another chip. i kinda miss not being able to rev it past 6,000rpms and having it pull. and being able to do 140+ so i boosted for another one. its a dimsport. ive never heard of them, ive seen them on ebay so i bidded and for $17 shipped not bad. they say there better so on and so forth. my only thing is i think there flashable. if so i wanna get the software and i can remap it myself. but it says its ment for 91+ocatane. now i went to the dimsport website, there based in europe. so is that there 91octane or our 91 octane? could i run 89 and get away with it. hmmmmmmmm heres the link to the auction. check it out tell me your thoughts. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1,1&item=8019483445&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT

I think the octane levels are based on altitude. The higher altitude you live, the less octane the car will require. I imagine most chip upgrades require higher octane due to advanced timing. I run 91 in mine.
