Ok this is my firts post here i saw a user from here on the dutch vwforum and signed myselve up here (is that correct english :lol: )

a quick introduction of myselve, my name is maikel and i am 17 years old (a few months to go till my drivers license) i dont have a car yet but planning to buy a vw bug or a golf or a other old vw 8). i try to visit the most meetings and shows i can.

mk1 is really cool 8) but i`ve got a lot of friends with bugs so they can help me and the parts are also very cheap here.


this is really my style, slammed to the ground 8), shortened front axle, white walls etc :wink:

Welcome to the forum. I had a post similar to yours when I first joined here, I was 17, had no car, but wanted a VW.

nope not the 3.2 v6 engine :lol: its a 2.5 liter 5cylinder turbo diesel engine
129 hp @ 3500 rpm and 340nm @ 2000rpm the name of the car is a volkswagen transporter t5, the v6 is way too expensive in insurance and with these gas prices.
