Yep, a beautiful 82 Scirocco. It was a 21 hour drive, 200 dollars in gas, a day off work all for a 330 dollar car. And I'd do it again in a second.

My plans for this beast are to fix the fuel pump and drive it for the winter, then in the summer do some body work and get it painted miami blue. drop in my TD engine with an intercooler and full exhaust. I'll probably buy some nicer leather seats for it. I need to get a headliner for it as well.
Right now I am pretty sure it has the 1.6l gas engine in it. Not too quick but good on gas, which is nice.
