Dreamcast in center console

i wanna put my dreamcast in my center console. and a tv flipdown right behind my dome light so you can sit in the back seat and play dreamcast. i have the dream cast and i have wireing knowledge but any comments or tips would be helpful. :) does anyone know where to get a cheap flipdown screen?
